Dateline  Tulsa:
“The Pat Campbell Show”
Feb. 4, 2016
Speaker  Oklahoma Attorney General   SCOTT PRUITT
Q: Do you support Donald Trump  for  President?
A:  “ No.”
Q: Why ? ]
A:  “I believe that Donald Trump in the White House would be more abusive to the Constitution than Barack Obama — and that’s saying a lot,”
“I really believe he would use a blunt instrument. This president at least tries to nuance his unlawfulness.”
Pruitt went on to warn that he feared  Trump would :
“use executive power to confront Congress in a way that is truly unconstitutional.”

Asked by Senator Whitehouse if he recalled what he said on Tulsa radio
SCOTT PRUITT  said : "I don't, senator, and I don't echo that today."
At  hearing's end , Administrator Pruitt  issued this written statement:
“it is abundantly clear that President Trump is the most consequential leader of our time...
No one has done more to advance the rule of law than President Trump.
The President has liberated our country from the political class and given America back to the people.”
At the hearing, several senators demanded Pruitt recuse himself on  grounds  of  prejudice  from  efforts  to  overturn  EPA CO2 regulations  by  fiat, since as  Oklahoma  Attorney  General,  he sued the agency 13 times  to do so, and  lost all 13 cases.
